3700x 2080 Ti Power Draw

They list it at 3013 which is a mix of overclocked and stock results i think. Zen 2 and 7nm unleashed first 7nm cpus bring the power.

They're a different proposition in terms of power draw. So the rest of your system is allowed about 400w, mobo and cpu with fans and rgb isn't 400w, don't worry. Wildlands may be relatively old but it’s still one of the most demanding pc games.

Amd ryzen 9 3900x and ryzen 7 3700x review: The 2080 ti will draw 300w without any power increase through oc. The gpu might need alot of ampere though, and some psu only push mid 60s, which might be too little, but you'll see.

My 2080ti could pull 360w sustained. They also have a habit of forcing shutdowns on less capable psus due to high current demand at first 'spool up' under load. Even the mighty rtx 2080 ti can’t deliver consistent 60 fps at 1440p using the ultra preset.
